Mrs Meta Venisia Sukamto-Lee received the National Commendation Award at the Caring Teacher Awards 2024, honouring her dedication to nurturing students' growth.

The Caring Teacher Awards (CTA) recognise teachers who go above and beyond to nurture the holistic development of their students, helping them grow into confident, independent, and resilient learners for our nation. This biennial event, organised by the National Institute of Education, Singapore, with support from ExxonMobil Asia Pacific Pte Ltd and the Ministry of Education, has celebrated dedicated educators since 1996.
Mrs. Sukamto-Lee received her award from Guest-of-Honour, Ms. Gan Siow Huang, Minister of State for the Ministry of Education & Ministry of Manpower, on 16 Sep 2024, at Dunman High School.
