Instructions for Class of 2024: Release of GCE A Level Exam Results

Dear Class of 2024,

The 2024 GCE A-Level results will be released on 21 Feb 2025 (Fri).

You would have received an email from the school on your reporting venue and time.

Please take note of the following guidelines, which are also included in the email to you.

Instructions for Students Collecting Results in School

1. If you are well, you may collect your result slip in the Hall on 21 Feb 2025 (Fri). 

Arrival at Hwa Chong Institution

To prevent over-crowding at the gates, please report between 1pm and 2pm. Please proceed to the Hall and be seated in the space allocated to your CT by 2 pm.

Release and collection of results

We will address you at 2pm sharp. From 2:30pm onwards, your Civics Tutor will release the GCE A-Level Certificate and School Graduation Certificate to you. Please adhere to the instructions from your Civics Tutor.

If your family would like to accompany you, we ask that no more than two of your family members be present in view of the limited capacity of the Hall.

Students who are unable to return to school to collect their results have these options

2. If you are unwell or are unable to collect your results in school for other reasons, you may check your results online via Singapore Examinations and Assessment Board’s (SEAB) Candidates Portal at www.seab.gov.sg from 3:15pm on 21 February 2025 till 11 pm on 7 March 2025.

3. Alternatively, you may appoint a proxy to collect the official documents on your behalf on 21 February 2025 together with the cohort from 2:30pm onwards. Your proxy must produce his/her identity card and the required Authorisation Form (included in the email to you) when he/she is collecting the documents.
