Discover the highlights of *A Song For You 2025*, Hwa Chong Institution's annual Chinese songwriting and singing competition celebrating youth creativity and musical talent.
On 1st August, Hwa Chong Institution’s High School Chinese Department and Music Department, together with the WeYoung Songwriting Club and High School Choir, jointly organised A Song For You 2025, a Chinese songwriting and singing competition.
The annual A Song For You competition celebrates musical creativity and performance, featuring categories in Songwriting and Singing. Participants showcase their original works and talents live on stage, bringing together heartfelt music and youthful passion.
Participants from Hwa Chong’s High School and College sections, as well as Nanyang Girls’ High School, showcased their original works and artistic voices on stage.
With heartfelt lyrics and moving melodies, the performers touched the hearts of both the audience and the judges, presenting a musical showcase brimming with talent.
Their performances reflected their passion for music and the depth of emotion behind their art. We hope that such platforms will continue to inspire more students to express themselves through music and other art forms.
