Non-teaching Positions

Position: School Counsellor

Job Descriptions:

As a School Counsellor, you will work closely with the school management in providing school-wide counselling services to students, and in providing case consultation services to school personnel and parents.

    As part of your duties, you will:
  • Provide interventions that help to stabilise situations that disrupt pupil learning.
  • Provide consultation to and collaborate with parents, teachers, and the community to assist them in helping pupils in academic, career and social and emotional development.
  • Provide professional inputs to School Management on issues related to counselling matters.
  • Carry out administration work that supports the implementation of counselling programme.
  • Design, conduct and recommend preventive mental health programmes and processes with the well-being team

    Personal Qualities
  • Good interpersonal and intrapersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and in teams
  • Emotionally mature and stable
  • Empathic & warm
  • Able to tolerate ambiguity


  • Degree in any discipline
  • Post-Graduate Diploma or Masters in counselling preferred
  • Highly detailed and meticulous with good organisational skills
  • Experience working in a school setting will be an advantage


Position: Senior Boarding Executive / Boarding Executive (IT/AV) – 2 years contract

Job Descriptions:

Development/Maintenance of systems/applications

  • To understand, develop and deliver systems/applications solutions
  • To maintain and implement new functionalities and features for existing systems
  • To improve the process and workflow of documents
  • To identify risks and provide solution for the confidentiality, access, and back-up through hardware, software and corporate policy development of document security
  • To provide end user technical support and troubleshooting of Audio Visual equipment, IT hardware/software issues
  • To manage and troubleshoot company website issues

Boarding Duties

  • To provide administrative and operational support for all Boarding matters. These include the areas such as rental and co-ordination of rooms and facilities, events management, housekeeping and students mentoring
  • To provide well-being support to students and interact with various stakeholders and nationalities
  • To provide any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by management


  • At least a Diploma in Computer Science or Information Technology/Systems
  • At least 2 – 3 years of relevant field experience
  • Good team player and is adaptable to changes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong in IT and analytical skills
  • Knowledge in website, PHP portal design/coding skills, Linux will be advantageous
  • Able to stay-in at the boarding school
  • Required to be flexible in working hours to perform night shifts and weekend duties occasionally
